FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY
Adventures In Movement – Our signature, full-body class that includes a variety of different training styles and techniques where we focus on strength, mobility and functional performance. This class aims to get you moving your body the way it was meant to be – freely and easily!

STRENGTH & BALANCE
Class is designed to build strength and reduce risk of falling. Exercises include resistance training using your own body weight, weights, bands and fitness balls. Movements can be low-impact to reduce stress on joints, making it a low-risk, appropriate class for individuals with physical limitations or for those managing chronic conditions. The movements performed in class will be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.

STRETCH & FLEX
Yoga | Pilates | Barre – This low impact class is designed for all fitness levels. We combine Yoga inspired movements with relaxation and stretching to core strength movements from Pilates and Barre. Improve your range of motion, decrease stiffness, get your muscles working efficiently and reduce your risk of injury to ultimately boost your overall fitness.

BOOTCAMP
Full-body workout that targets the major muscle groups, tailored to serve the needs of all fitness levels. From circuit-style routines that include cardio intervals, to strength training moves using weights, bands and body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. Class is programmed with challenging work, but all exercises are based on each person’s ability to move. Modifications will be offered to vary the complexity and intensity of each individual participant.

BALANCE TRAINING
Fall Prevention – This class focuses on balance and lower body strength to reduce the risk of falls and to improve your ability to perform daily functional tasks. Low-impact therapeutic training for strength, balance and stability puts minimal stress on joints, making it a low-risk, appropriate class for individuals with physical limitations or for those managing chronic conditions. The movements performed in class will be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.

SUNRISE YOGA
This low-impact, calming class will challenge and connect your mind and body with flowing movements and poses, conscious breathing, stretching, and relaxation techniques to ease overactive minds and set the tone of mindfulness for the rest of your day. Perfect for all fitness levels.

DANCE CARDIO – RHYTHM TRAINING
JMLS™ – Just Move & Lift for Strength – Easy to follow count-driven movements that combine strength training, muscle conditioning and cardio intervals – creatively sequenced to get you MOVING to the beat of the music. No boredom here! This rhythm training workout is for anyone willing to get a little loose and have FUN! Everyone is welcome. No dance experience needed.

TAI CHI
Create a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body with gentle exercises and stretches. Exercises in this class include rhythmic sequences of movement that flow smoothly into the next without pause and are coordinated with breathing to connect mind and body to help reduce stress and achieve a sense of calmness. Gentle non-impact class for all levels of fitness.

OUTDOOR FITNESS TRAINING – Seattle Parks/Lake Washington
Challenge your body and reach your goals with tailored workouts to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance. We’ll keep you challenged and guessing in every session! Modifications (based on fitness ability) are always provided for a safe and effective workout in a fun, refreshing outdoor setting.

We offer a variety of classes to provide members with the best possible fitness experience.
