Get out of your comfort zone and move your body in different ways to boost your strengthening, stretching, balance and cardio capabilities in our signature full-body, multi-level class. We include a variety of training styles and techniques – focusing on strength, mobility, and functional performance. Get ready to bend, lunge, kick and dance (among other things!). You’ll be challenged with new tasks in every class because sessions are never the same. All body types and abilities welcome. We’ll meet you where you’re at and help you get better and stronger along the way. We’re here to get you moving your body the way it was meant to be – freely and easily! Class may be tough, but you’ll have FUN feeling energized and being your BEST self!
